CAD 2026 Program

The theme of this year’s Columbia Arbitration Day is “Arbitration and Crises,” a timely and crucial topic given the current global landscape. We are thrilled to host Professors Bernard Hanotiau (Hanotiau Tossens Goldman and UCLouvain – Université Catholique de Louvain), Brigitte Stern (Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne), Eduardo Zuleta (Arbitration Chambers and Georgetown Law), and Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler (Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler and CIDS – Geneva Center for International Dispute Settlement) for a dynamic fireside chat on Day 1. We will also be pleased to welcome Carolyn Lamm (White & Case LLP and University of Miami), Sabina Sacco (Sabina Sacco Arbitration LLC), and Professor Yas Banifatemi (Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes and Harvard Law School) for a thought-provoking fireside chat on Day 2.
